Can I update the wines for my next order

Yes of course! One of the promises we made when you signed up was that our club is completely customisable.

So, if you would like some warming reds in winter or more sparkling wines for Christmas you can change them whenever you like! .

How do I update my details?

Login in to the Portal

Click on the Portal Buttonon the top right corner of page and sign in. If it is your first time logging in please click "Forgot Password" and set your password.

After the Login successful banner comes across the screen click the portal button again and select My Portal.

How do I update my details for my Wine Club Subscription?

Login to the portal

Click Wine Club on the left hand side, then click "View", then click "Edit Club Details". Updated any details before clicking save.

How do I update the wines for my next Wine Club Subscription order?

Click Wine Club on the left hand side, then click "View", then click "Edit Club Details", scroll down to the order summary and click "Change Order".

Choose which club, the frequency and how many (the default will be what you already have then choose the wines you would like details before clicking "Confirm Changes". This will take you back to the previous page. Click "Save Changes". Ta Da your order is now updated!

How do I update my details for all online sales?

Address and contact details

Click personal details on the left hand side.

Credit Card details

Click payment details on the left hand side.

** please note this does not update your details for the winer club subscription.

I'm going away, what can I do?

There are a couple of different options for you!

One is to skip the order and the other is to move which months you would like to receive your ongoing subscription.

* Please note that if you skip more than once, or postpone your order more than 3 times you will no longer receive the benefits of the club and may be moved to a Friend of Delatite.
